The Canary Island, also known as Canaries in Spanish language are a Spanish archipelago situated off the northwest coast of Africa. The canary island includes series of islands like Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro, La Graciosa, Alegranza, Montaña Clara, Roque del Este, Roque del Oeste and Isla de Lobos. The Canary Island is acknowledged as the nationality of Spain.
The beaches, and the natural beauty of Canary Island especially, Mount Teide, is a well known and the third largest volcano in the world, which makes it a most important tourist attraction. Canary Island has a sub-tropical climate, hot days in summer and cooler days during winter season. The third largest city of the Canary Island is known as San Cristóbal de La Laguna.
